SERMAX work with our clients in planning and managing the entire project, delivering the project in time and under budget while not sacrificing the work quality. We assign a dedicated Project Manager for each project, hence taking up the ownership of the project. We offer wiring installation services while for some projects, we can also offer installation supervision and sub-contractor management. Our project management methodology include:-

1. Planning the base build work (electrical tray tunking & support) that involve scope, schedule, sub phases, according to the bill of quantities and division to subcontractors, in order to complete the works within the delivery dates.

2. Planning the Instrumentation & Control cabling schedule, in aspects of scope, schedule, sub phases, according to the bill of quantities and division to subcontractors, in order to complete the works within the delivery dates.

3. Tracking the percentage of progress versus the drawings and schedule plan; issuing progressive reports when needed.

4. Monitor integration between bill of quantities, works & installations and purchase orders per priorities.

5. Management of change requests, as well as change orders per project objectives, including cost and profitability impacts.

6. Supporting the closing processes - delivery of E&I packages, as per made drawings.
